Lamb Curry

Sliced onions, cube lamb, make rice, measure spices.

Spanish Tortilla

Slice onions and red peppers.

Roast Pork (Lechon Asado)

Rub and sear Pork, combine all ingredients in slow cooker and store in refrigerator.

Falafel Sandwich with Pita Bread

Make dough and store in refrigerator. Slice tomatoes and cucumber.

Assemble patties with goat cheese stuffed in the center.

Half-Homemade Pizza with Mushrooms and Peppers

Slice mushrooms and peppers.

Chicken Stir Fry with Udon Noodles

Slice mushrooms, peppers and onions. Cube chicken.

Club Sandwiches on Whole Wheat

Pre-cook bacon, slice cheddar.

Chicken Enchiladas

Cook Chicken. Assemble enchiladas in pan, but do not top with sauce and cheese until right before baking.

4 ounces crimini mushrooms
2 yellow onions
3 lbs Red Potatoes

1 head leaf lettuce

1 jar Hoison Sauce
Whole Wheat Bread (I like Dave's Killer Bread)
Taco Seasoning packet (with no MSG)
Tomato Soup (low sodium)
