The Meal Plan*

  • Shrimp Fajitas
  • Coucous Casserole
  • Lambburgers and Cucumber Salad
  • Ravioli and Salad
  • Stir Fry Spicy Beef w/ Basil
  • Cheese Omelettes with Sauteed Greens and Toast

The Shopping List

3 Onions
Red or Yellow Bell Peppers
Avocado
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Cucumber
garlic
Lemons
Baby Spinach
Fresh Basil
Limes x2
Lemons x2
Meat & Fish

1-1/2 lbs sirloin or flank steak
1 lb shrimp
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground lamb

Dairy & Refrigerated

Sour cream
Goat or feta cheese
Greek yogurt
Fresh Ravioli (your choice)
Eggs
Cheese (your choice for omelettes)

Pantry

Salsa
Flour tortillas
Chicken or veggie stock
Couscous
Whole Wheat hamburger buns
Pasta sauce (your choice for ravioli)
Salad dressing (your choice)
Peanut oil
Soy sauce
Rice
Bread

Weekend Prep - Optional

For the Shrimp Fajitas: Marinate Shrimp, slice onions and peppers.

For the Couscous Casserole: Assemble casserole.

For the Lambburgers: Shape patties

For the Stir Fry Beef with Basil: Place steak in freezer for 15 minutes and slice thinly.  Then marinate.  Make rice.
